Sustainability Report 2024

Every year, we publish a full account of our environmental impact — not because we are required to, but because transparency is a form of accountability.

In 2024, we achieved our lowest average embodied carbon figure to date: 420 kgCO₂e/m² across all completed projects. This represents a 15% reduction on our 2023 figure, achieved primarily through increased use of timber structure and locally sourced materials.

We are not perfect. There is always more to do. But we believe that honest measurement is the first step toward meaningful change.
