Planning Granted for Black Swan House

After a collaborative and constructive dialogue with the New Forest National Park Authority, we are delighted to confirm that planning permission has been granted for Black Swan House.

The 310m² family home will be clad in charred larch — a technique known as Shou Sugi Ban — allowing the building to recede into the shadows of the surrounding woodland. Construction is expected to begin in spring 2022.
